To ensure the secure production, and no equipment accidents and human injury, we must abide by the safety systems and the operation regulations.
1、Emergency malfunction has happened during the normal function, we can firstly to shut down the machine to inspect the situation .And we should not forcely start the machine before we clean put the malfunction.
  

2、If the electrical equipment have happened the malfunction ,the electricianr should take charge of it and other people should not touch the electric equipment .

3、When we inspect the crusher and process the crushing trouble shooting and inspection ,we should take off the equipment insurance from the electric equipment and hang off the boards with the inspection signal if not ,we should not stretch out our hands into the machine body. And when we begin to test the machine after the inspection ,we should give a complete cover to the cap and fasten the bolts .If the inspection quality do not achieve the inspection quality and have influenced the equipment function ,the machine should not be put into the function .

4、All the safety guard equipment should be complete and compact.
